Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Banff Todo: Banff Todo reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for a tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Changes to Bookings

Changes by Banff Todo: Banff Todo reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to force majeure events, including but not limited to weather, attraction closure, or traffic accidents. Banff Todo is not responsible for any inconvenience or expenses incurred due to such delays.

Changes by the Traveler: If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as the date, time, or number of participants, you must notify Banff Todo as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Changes by Banff Todo: Banff Todo reserves the right to make changes to a tour itinerary, including but not limited to the route, duration, and attractions visited. Should significant changes occur, you will be notified promptly, and you will have the option to accept the changes, request an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.

Traveler Responsibilities

Bus Rules: Please fasten your seat belt. No one shall stand while the vehicle is in motion. Banff Todo Limited is not responsible for any injury or loss caused by customers' negligence.

Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the chosen tour. You must follow all safety instructions provided by Banff Todo and exercise reasonable care and caution during the tour.

Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions visited during the tour.

Personal Belongings: Banff Todo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. It is recommended that you keep your personal belongings secure at all times.

Liability

Limitation of Liability: Banff Todo and its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of enjoyment, arising from or in connection with your participation in a tour.

Force Majeure: Banff Todo shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or labor disputes.
